Legal Notices

Wisconsin law requires certain legal notices to be published in a newspaper; however, municipalities may post some notices instead of publishing them. Under previous law, municipalities choosing this option were required to post notices in at least three public locations. Under 2015 Wisconsin Act 79, municipalities may instead post notices on an official website and at one public location.

The Village of Bellevue's official public posting location is the Village Hall/Public Safety Building, located at 3100 Eaton Road.
