2021 PROPERTY TAX BILLS
The Brown County Treasurer’s Office will be mailing the 2021 tax bills the week of December 6th. For 2021, there will be a change in the payee and location of payment. If you pay the entire bill or first installment by January 31, 2022, you must pay either online through the Brown County WI, Tax Payment Portal, in person or by mail at 2828 Allouez Avenue, Bellevue, WI 54311. Make checks payable and mail to: Village of Bellevue Treasurer, 2828 Allouez Avenue, Bellevue, WI 54311. Second installment payments (due by July 31, 2022) and delinquent tax payment will be payable to the Brown County Treasurer.
First installment payment options:

Taxpayers are encouraged to pay their taxes online or by mail to avoid long lines at the Village Office, 2828 Allouez Avenue.
Your local bank branch will not accept tax bill payments. If you have any questions, please contact the Village Treasurer at (920) 593-5511.
Open Book
Open Book is annually held before the Board of Review meeting and is when the assessment roll is open for examination. The Village Assessor is required to be present for a minimum of two hours while the assessment roll is open. Property owners with questions or requests regarding their assessment are encouraged to contact the Assessor directly and/or attend Open Book.

Board of Review
If adjustments to the assessment roll are not completed by the Assessor or at Open Book, property owners may make arrangements to be heard by the Board of Review.
