Before & After School Program
Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, educational and affordable before & after school recreation program to participants. Activities are designed to meet the needs and interests of school-age children and their families. A variety of activities offered include games, arts & crafts, homework time and free play. We strive to create opportunities for developing character, independence, socialization, cognitive growth and a positive self-image.

Who can Enroll?
This program is offered for children in grades k-5 who attend McAuliffe Elementary School. Bellevue residents will have priority into the programs. There is a maximum of 33 children enrolled per program.

Program Hours
- The Before School Program runs from 7:00 a.m. until the start of the school day.
- The After School Program is held from the end of the school day until 5:30 p.m.

Registration
All families who were enrolled in year 1 for the 2024-2025 school year will be given first choice to enroll for the 2025-2026 school year. All remaining openings will be filled using the lottery method the week of May 12.
If your child is currently enrolled in one or both of the programs, complete & return required forms by: Friday, May 2, 2025.

Fees
A non-refundable registration fee of $15.00 per child, per program must be paid to secure a spot in the program. Program fees will be charged a flat monthly rate per participant, per program. There are 9 monthly payments from Sept. 1 - May 1.
- Before School Rate: $130/mo.
- After School Rate: $130/mo.
