*Parents and guardians who are new to our summer camp are encouraged to create an account for themselves and their camper(s) prior to registration to make the process quicker and easier. If you are unsure whether you already have an account, please contact the Village Offices to confirm.
**We highly encourage all registrations to be completed online. If you intend to set up a payment plan, please register using Option 2 or Option 3 below.

If your child has yet to participate in any recreation programs through the Village's Recreation Department, please visit the link below to create an account for yourself and your child. Parents and guardians, please read below:
Summer Camp 2026 will be introducing a new software system for collecting camper paperwork. This mobile-friendly, HIPAA-compliant platform is designed to improve efficiency for parents and guardians, as well as our Summer Camp staff.
If you would like to preview a demo of the paperwork, please use the link below. This demo is not the final paperwork for your camper(s); it is simply an opportunity to become familiar with the format before registration opens.
Some of the upcoming changes will include the ability to opt out of certain forms if they are not applicable (such as medication authorization or alternative arrival/release forms). The credit card information page will also be updated. Additionally, families registering more than one camper will receive separate paperwork links for registrations with two, three, or four campers.
As this will be the first summer we are implementing this new system, we kindly ask for your patience should any errors occur. While our goal is to make this process as smooth as possible, there may be small hiccups along the way, and we appreciate your understanding as we work through them.

- Parents and guardians -- please submit paperwork AFTER you have registered. This ensures we are receiving accurate information regarding your camper(s) registration.
- Registration forms are due May 1, 2026. Following that date, campers without submitted paperwork will be unable to attend camp until the paperwork is turned in.
