Utility Billing


Village residents can choose from several utility billing and payment options. Please consider using electronic options; as it helps us reduce utility costs.

Utility Billing can be performed two ways:

  1. Mail - Traditionally by default, utility customers will receive a standard bill via the United States Postal Service.
  2. e-Mail - In lieu of a traditional mailed bill, customers are encourages to register for e-Care billing services. Customers who sign up for e-Care billing receive a utility bill notification via email and are forwarded a link to view their bill online.

Utility Bill Payments can be made five ways:

  1. Drop-Off - Drop-off your completed payment to Village of Bellevue, 2828 Allouez Avenue Bellevue, WI 54311
  2. Direct Payment - Complete the Direct Payment Authorization Form to take advantage of the direct payment plan and have your payment made automatically from you checking or savings account. {Free}
  3. One Time Online Payment - Pay online anytime (24/7) by credit card, check or savings account withdrawal. No registration required
    {convenience fee $3.50}
  4. Pay by Phone - 24 hour phone payment line at (844) 943-4002.
    {convenience fee $4.25}
  5. Mail-in - Mail your payment to: Village of Bellevue, P.O. Box 518, Green Bay, WI 54305-0518.
